Theme Park Concept

My idea is having a floating theme park over the Pacific Ocean. Patrons will fly in (to Hawaii or whatever island its located on) and get the full experience of a water park and aquarium combined into one. The park is set up so the pathways connecting each ride on the surface is see through. Things like the wave pool, playground,  and other rides are mostly the same as any other park. Slides, however, act like pathways that go beneath the surface and over the undersea life exhibits, which will be located below the park. There are opportunities to swim with the fish if they are 16 years old or older and if anyone younger has someone above that age limit as a supervisor. The entrance to the park will be the aquarium, with the actual water park in the back. People can go straight there or choose to follow a guide into exhibits and a viewing area below the structure. There are no nets, allowing sea creatures to come and go unrestricted, often feeding them to give more of an incentive to visit often. There is shark feeding (non man eating sharks), sting ray feeding, whale/ sea lion/ seal shows, and petting zoo areas where starfish and other small sea creatures can be held by children.
